As They Like It contains a wide variety of recipes contributed by actors and other people in the theatre world who either knew or worked with Sophie or simply wanted to support the trust and what it is aiming to do. You could enjoy a Chilled Tomato Soup from Nigel Hawthorne or perhaps a Tarte aux Asparagus from Marcia Warren. If they're not to you liking why not try the Salmon Fishcakes from the RNT or Two Minute Chicken from Sir Cameron Mackintosh. The book was compiled by Margaret Maughan with illustrations by Katherine Spring. Cover design by Ted and Lyn Rockley and printed by Pryor Publications. As They Like It is available from the trust for only £7.50 (inc P&P) and all proceeds go directly to the trust. Send your request with a cheque for the correct amount to: Sophie Winter Trust |
